The consultation program for nutrition and physical training – THEKENSTYLE is an organized and easy-to-follow program, providing an efficient and flexible way for you to get the nutrition and personal training you need without the restrictions of traditional personal training methods at a better price.

  • The next step is for you to answer your client survey so Ken will have a better idea of your lifestyle and your nutrition and fitness goal. It is important that you are clear on your goal. Goals give us motivation and a measure of success.
  • Once you have completed the survey, enter your phone number in the appropriate space provided with the time and date you wish to be contacted via WhatsApp.
  • Ken will then call you and give you a personalized consultation via WhatsApp, so he will really understand where you are and where you want to go.
  • Ken will then create your personalized nutrition, training and daily action program to reach your goal in the time frame of the program you have purchased.
  • It is your responsibility to follow the nutrition, training and action program. Ken is very skilled at creating customized programs that will have a low impact on your body. As your body changes, your program will pull you forward, unlike many personal trainers that push their clients, THEKENSTYLE uses Ken’s knowledge, training, experience and talent to provide programs that deliver more results while being soft on your body.
  • For example, your first few weeks maybe just 20 minutes of cardio and some weight exercises that your body can handle. It is how and when and your nutrition program, created by Ken that makes all the difference.
  • The training program will be designed to challenge you, but at a pace that will be appropriate for your current physical condition and daily routine. It’s that easy. You will be surprised by the difference in your body and how fast you will get the results.
