Notice how I haven’t uses the word “diet” here. That is the word I probably loathe the most. Why? Because over the years fad diets have come and gone and people have jumped on and off of them simply to get a quick fix only to fail. The word “diet” has a very negative connotation to it and understandably so. I don’t believe in “dieting” for success.

I believe in a PLAN for success.
