The action plan is designed to help you organize and optimize the foods you eat and when so that you get more out of your exercise program. Each program is customized to meet your objectives while considering your current physical condition. This 6 week program is perfect for someone who hasn’t been exercising at all and doesn’t know where to start when it comes to food and getting in shape or someone who already exercises but needs a boost of knowledge to get more out of their training – this is often the case with many clients who have been working out for a while but are not seeing the results they expected.
